Looking For Laughter

Giggles in life usually come from little things.  If we train ourselves to see them and then giggle with them, we get a "perk."  Giggle potential is everywhere;  we just need to slow down long enough to see it.

Promises About Real Self-worth

How great is the love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God!  And that is what we are!  1 John 3:1

Jesus said, "Are not two sparrows sold for a penny?  Yet not one of them will fall to the ground apart from the will of your Father.  And even the very hairs of your head are all numbered.  So don't be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows."  Matthew 10:29-31

Promises About Remembering

I will remember the deeds of the Lord; yes, I will remember your miracles of long ago.  I will meditate on all of your works and consider all your mighty deeds.  Your ways, O God, are holy.  What god is so great as our God?  You are the God who performs miracles;  you display your power among the peoples.  Psalm 77:11-14

All the ends of the earth will remember and turn to the Lord, and all the families of the nations will bow down before him, for dominion belongs to the Lord and he rules over the nations.  Psalm 22:27-28

On my bed I remember you, Lord; I think of you through the watches of the night. ...My soul clings to you; your right hand upholds me.  Psalm 63:6,8

Remembering - Memories

Remembering is important to God.  He encourages us to make memories.  Scripture is replete with verses on remembering.  We're encouraged to remember days of old, the wonders of God, the Sabbath, God's deeds and our struggles, our Creator, our youth, and that life is short.  On and on the commands to remember to go.

If you've not yet begun to create memories, start now.  Load up your camera with film, fill that pen with ink, and capture the miracles and wonders that come your way. Surround yourself with whatever it takes to be reminded.  God is faithful.  Don't ever forget that.
